  • Practical guidance and “golden rules” for coping with the constant change and expansion of UK employment law.
  • Exploiting UK employment laws for the benefit of the business.



For the Annual General Meeting

The following business to be transacted:

1. To approve minutes of the last General Meeting
2. To approve the Auditor’s Report
3. To receive the Annual report of the Council and Statement of Account as 31.12.2006
4. To elect Members of the Council
5. To elect Foxwell & CO as Auditors for 2007
6. Presentation of activities 2007
7. Any other business to be notified to the administration before the meeting commence.


Members who want a copy of the Annual Report & Accounts for 2006 please notify the administration.
Please find enclosed a letter of approval of the short notice of the coming AGM on 3 May 2007.
