KATI JÄRVINEN
Kati Järvinen, the founder of Mindwind Ltd, is an intercultural career and leadership coach, trainer and human resources development professional. She has worked with successful individuals and international organisations for more than a decade. In addition to her degree in international business, she has studied work psychology, social psychology, adult education and coaching for many years. She is a Certified Progress Coach, Licensed  Career Coach and an active member of professional coaching organisations internationally. Her passion is to support ambitious people to achieve their full potential by clarifying their goals, empowering them to use their strengths and helping them to bridge the gap to their desired future. She firmly believes that we should all be filled with enjoyment by what we do and enjoys inspiring people towards success!

TOVE SELNES
Tove Selnes joined Opera in 2007 as VP of Human Resources and has more than ten years of experience in organizational management. Prior to working at Opera, Selnes served as Director of Human Resources at Eltel Networks where she was responsible for the development and implementation of the organizations human resources strategy. Her professional experience also includes working at Avinor and Aetat. Selnes holds a law degree from the University of Oslo, and is presently pursuing a Masters of Management degree at the Norwegian School of Management. In 1994 she was awarded an Erasmus scholarship with Bologna University in Italy, where she studied EU and international environmental rights. She is a noted and respected authority on human resources management.

MADELEINE ELLIS
Madeleine Ellis is the recently appointed Recruitment Manager of Scanjobs, a Scandinavian specialist recruitment company based in London. Madeleine spent the last 10 years working in the Financial Services Industry in a Relationship Management capacity. She also has a very strong entrepreneurial side. One of Madeleines passions is Horses and in between her financial career she founded a successful horse investment business in Hong Kong. Madeleine is determined that all of ScanJobs clients companies and candidates alike - truly find the right match. She believes the way companies and candidates interrelate, for better or worse, is transforming  and focusing on achieving the right business fit is key to career and organizational success.

ASHLEY WARD
Ashley is Chairman of the European Leadership Programme (ELP). ELP is a high impact personal and professional development programme for Founders, CEOs and managers of high growth businesses in Europe. As a serial CEO over 26 years Ashley led several businesses to sale or IPO including Wharfedale Loudspeakers, Anite Networks and Orchestream which became a FTSE 250 company with a capitalisation of almost £1b. Ashley is a highly experienced serial CEO who has been through the spectrum of learning experiences as a CEO over 26 years including IPOs, trade sales and downsizing.
